Our next game is this Sunday at home versus Stamford United. This is a 9am Kick Off!
Stamford is not a team we have played before but they have got off to a good start in the league so far sitting in 4th. Lat week they drew 0-0 against bottom team New Haven Americans. Our win last week didn't lift us out of the bottom two but we are now only 2 points off 6th place!

Anyone want to be on beer and snack duties for the weekend?

    Spain got too many talented players on their squad.....they should win it if there is no oops or referee screw ups........

    Brazil was lucky enough to win against Croatia.....the referee changed the whole chemistry of the game by giving penalty against Croatia which was clearly not a penalty......this is not the dominant Brazil team we used to know back in 80's and 90's.....if they play like this, they won't have a chance to win the whole thing.........I can't believe they selected a Japanese referee for this game instead of a much experienced European referee.......referee screw ups will have major impacts on world cup games.....I think FIFA should start thinking seriously about VIDEO REPLAY to correct referee screw ups just like American Football
