Guys the Fall season in SASL is coming close to the end with only two games left. Our home game this Sunday is against the team at the top of the league Orange! We beat Orange 3-2 in our very first game of the season and since then they have gone on an unbeaten run of mainly wins. We have also remained unbeaten but had a lot of tied games so we sit 3 points behind them.They will be out for revenge and the three points on offer. This is a really big game for us and we will need to play like we did against Cheshire last week if we want to repeat the win we gained the first time the teams clashed.
The game will be played at exchange field and
the kick off is at 11am!!

ReplyDeletewe have 18 players for Sunday so regular subbing will be a feature of the game..... this is a good thing because it keeps the team fresh and gives us an advantage over those teams that are not subbing.....EVERYONE in the outfield will have to sub during the game..... no excpetions! Even if it's for just 10 minutes to take a rest and get some fluid on board.... it makes a difference!
......Arniesto, this is a must win game for us, so if there is anyway that Lynda could help with car pool etc, let me know soon

ReplyDeleteI just picked up three 12-packs, so minimal supplementing will be necessary. By chance, I happened to find one of Johnaldo's favorites, Smuttynose IPA, which is quite unusual here in CT.
