The next indoor game is against North Branford at 7pm! We only have two more indoor games left before the start of the outdoor season so if you've done no exercise and have been eating like a sumo wrestler since the last outdoor game you may want to do something between now and the 10th to make sure you don't have a heart attack during the first game! Hey, we are all over 40 ish now! I know Tano has been practising and working out almost every day or so! He will be exhausted for the start of the season..... kidding! See you Thursday night!

ReplyDeleteHey Hoopsters--As you may have heard, I've decided not to play with your fine football establishment this coming spring. Alas, driving 50 minutes to "home" games and having 3 kids playing premiere soccer (one on a demanding US Academy team) is catching up with me.... I'm undecided about my future for this spring, though in CARSL, there are now a total of 4 teams within 20 minutes of my house, so I've been listening to offers....Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed my too-brief run with you bhoys and wish you all the best of luck. Certainly no other team out there has your blogging and beer consuming credentials--though wherever I end up, I'm going to work to change that.....Thanks again...

ReplyDeleteJohnaldo... Talking about practicing, Sunday morning is a friendly game at Cox School(back fields) Guilford vs Clinton, and I was invited to play, can You show up to talk with the captains to arrange a friendly game may be at the same place or whatever works.
