Jodingo!! it was an ugly game... Celtic were really off from on the day and really didn't fight for the win. Rangers for all their crude tactics at least fought hard. Sucks to see and say it though!

With juggling kid's soccer and 40 min commute to Madison, probably out for this year....Arnie, let us know ASAP, so that we can finalize our SASL team information sheet. SASL require this filed this week at the latest.

Roniildo... yes agreeng on what the squad list is for the rest of the year will be important... if we have players on the list who cannot play then we should hand their card back to the league

In for Thursday, believe it or not. The deer is hobbling back...allowed to start light jogging on the knee now, aiming for a return to at least some football by mid-April (though admittedly I'll have some additional work to do on the fitness front). Given the state of rain that usually hits this time of year, I may not miss that many games anyway. Look forward to seeing everyone Thursday.

Sorry, but I cannot make it Thursday. My wife and eldest daughter (my usual Thursday evening babysitter) have tennis practice to prepare for a tournament on the weekend.
ReplyDeleteHalil did tell me on Thursday that Ilhan is out for the season due to injury.
I intended to get to practice on Sunday, but I was behind in my house chores (painting, tiling, etc) so I stayed home to get those projects finished. Will there be another practice this Sunday?
I have already talked to Ilhan and Telat and they both will play for spring. I will also talk to my brother to see if he is interested to play this year. I know he is not in shape but will check with him. I will see you on Thursday. Still waiting to see highligts of cup final game against ranger.

ReplyDeleteI like to get little be serious about having a day practice, this year and help the team as a trainer (no Coach) trainer.
Why? Because the SASL league arrange more games and though Teams will came, when we going up on divisions.
I know we are a big team and new guys want to play, so we need priority to those who run for the team and play hard for the team.
But we keep this conversation tomorrow.
.............Jorge bros! Awesome to hear from you!!! So happy you are in no matter where we are playing. Talk to Flaco and tell him the same deal. We can win this title if we get total committment...Yeah baby. BTW Johnaldo, each hockey session is 12 regular games, and we had to go through 1/4 finals, semi finals, and 2 out of 3 finals to win the championships twice - and we are in the mist of another session right now), so needless to say that I've been keeping in shape!
But I'm dying to run around with the team!

ReplyDeleteI spoke with him this afternoon about soccer field available but he said there is a full of teams that need fields.
I wait for an asnwer from Mr. Wes Clowning to use a field #3 at East Shore Park in New Haven,
That field is available for the April 3rd,
and after that is bocked after 11am so may be an early alternative field.
