As expected the heavy rainfall from Tropical Storm Hanna has forced the cancellation of tomorrows league opener against Milford Magic. Looks like our "bad weather" luck from last season is following us into this one. Hopefully we will be in the clear for next week.
Good now I can spend all my energy pumping the water out of my basement. John, does that count as workout? So far I spend over 2 hours of hard labor sucking the water out. That should be at least 12 points. All be up all night and will let you know how many more point I will accumulate. Wish me luck.

ReplyDeleteI know...the weather looks great now....nice temperature, sunny and i bet the fields are nice and soft....not sure how Tom can win with this though...it's hard to predict..if he didn't call it last night he would be trying to call everyone this morning if it had still been bad...oh well. I bet some of the other teams will play today so we will be a game down.

ReplyDeleteOk, I ran 4 miles, 200 sit ups and sweated buckets, ate lettuce, 30 min on cross trainer.. then ate more lettuce followed by a grape oh and I forgot 1/2 a raisin.. oh and it was pouring with rain.. forecast for the week .. tropical storms and hurricane.. how many points is that????
