Guilford Celtic is a Connecticut based team playing in the Shoreline Adult Soccer League since 2010. The team was formed in 2003 and played in the Connecticut Adult Recreational Soccer League for 7 years. In 2017 we changed our name from Madison to Guilford Celtic!
The team is inspired by Glasgow Celtic FC...probably the greatest football team on the planet!

Forward of the Year!
\Congratulations to Johnny B for winning a very close midfielder of the year award! Up next is the very small list of forwards including Tano, Leo Mike G and Johnaldo! Go ahead and vote!
Jodingo got as many as me and I played 90 minutes in almost all the games. I am not sure what to make of that. Should I play less or move to midfield ?
Hi John I like to help you with the statics of 2015 season. We have slow start and then we did better by fall, state cup was a self punishment that we probably deserve it, we make only one goal and was by PK, Fwds. feel helpful when we score and this season we have only 24 goals +6 of Forfeit games,vs. 11 goals of last season,we make double and we received 33 this year and 57 last year almost half of difference. We have this year Leo-4 goals/Ronnie-3/John B.2/Johnaldo,Dan,Mike, Tim, Nino,Vicente,Kevin and James-1 each and I have 8.Compare with John,Mike and Leo is very low because I'd played the whole games minus 1 and most of those the 90 min.(I guess I committed to the game),I hope we get Leo back and fit for the next season and see if all get fit too. I wish Johnaldo and Ronaldo get priority of have good recruit to help the team and think about win this div. I know we can,And all of us use this as a motto to get fit, right after the holidays.now that Mention holidays, have everyone lots of fun and family love. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
