Wake up guys!!! Stop eating, drinking and sleeping!!!! The indoor season is nearly upon us!
First Thursday of January is the first of the 8 game session. It costs $825 to register the team so we will need at least 10 people to sign up and pay up before the end of December 29th! So far we have only 5 registered for the session which means $165 each right now!! If we get ten it will cost $82.50 for the whole session which is roughly 10 a game.... not bad.
But..... we need the money UP FRONT! So who is in? Jorge, you awake yet? You in?

ReplyDeleteA belated thanks for the player focus Johnaldo--finally got around to reading it and all the commentary... tons going on this winter in addition to the normal chaos of driving 3 kids hither and yon. That's a new flavor Gatorade I get sent to me from amigos in Mexico, called "Pipi de Cabron"... a little tangy, but it seems to do the trick... What times are the games? It's unlikely that I'll be able to do it, though....
ReplyDeleteArniesto!! You are alive! Thought the player focus had scared you away from the limelight . The games are usually at different times on a Thursday night at the Branford sports plex. It would be good if you can make some of them!

I should be able to participate in the indoor session. I'm actually in one now at Hamden so I may have to be extra nice to my wife for a few weeks during the overlap, but at least I'll show up in some kind of shape (if not in form....).

I'm game for a get together.....17th or whenever.
I registered our team for the second session indoor. There was only 24 spots for teams and first session they had 21 teams registered. So I wanted to make sure we get a spot early for second session. However, we have to pay in full by 29th as was mentioned before. So if you are in bring your money (hopefully we know the total by end of this week) to end of year get together. Friday the 17th is good for me.

ReplyDeleteI've got 6 confirmed for friday night, Carlos and his crew won't be playing for the next two weeks. I've got two probables ( Marco and Jim S.) and I would guess there would be a few unannounced..( uh, WES!). That would be a great game. You know me, I say we play.
So, if the guys who responded in the first go round still are up for it, let me know. I'll email again to let everyone know the response.
Also, remember that Fridays Dec 24th and Dec 31st are holidays, we will not be playing those evenings.
