Guilford Celtic is a Connecticut based team playing in the Shoreline Adult Soccer League since 2010. The team was formed in 2003 and played in the Connecticut Adult Recreational Soccer League for 7 years. In 2017 we changed our name from Madison to Guilford Celtic!
The team is inspired by Glasgow Celtic FC...probably the greatest football team on the planet!

Game is Cancelled!
The rain has got the better of us today...no game!
Thanks guys for vote!!!! I will get the new Nike Seitiro (the ball who pro players play)for make the team ball. It cost $ 133.00 (ebay UK)I collect for recycling $ 93 so far but I will collect the rest for the left summer (drink plenty please). So don't blame the ball for mistakes on the field. I wish we can have the field that pro players play.
Tom Madison over 30's are playing another team next Sunday so we need to either have a full squad scrimmage with extra players or a challenge match against another team. Not sure if we have a field booked but i would suggest we turn up at Cox at 9am and play Any word from Cheshire?
Hey teammates, Quick word of warning for everyone; I tried to go running yesterday at 11:30 AM, which is gametime for us on Sunday - the heat was absolutely Brutal. I ended up having to walk some of my normal running trail. If you're not already crosstraining for the 21st, start now! If the weather is sunny, 90 minutes in that heat is going to be really tough.
Too bad boys...sunny and 91 in Myrtle Beach
ReplyDeleteNani move to the left and goallllll what a goal at what time.
ReplyDeleteThe winner for Utd!
ReplyDeleteCollapse by City. I did not see the 1st half. But City's defense became statues in the 2nd.
ReplyDeleteCredit to Nani for following the play.
