The Celts have a chance to end the spring/summer section of the season on a high after a few rough games. They have a home game vs New Haven Americans at Bittner Park with a 10am kick off.

Come on guys! Let's end this part of the season the way started it!

Celts left dazed and confused as fog closes in.

A bad day at the office after the Celts slump to an awful 3 0 defeat to basement dwellers Derby Quitus. How the Celts lost this game after the opening 20 minutes is hard to fathom but with so many missed chances including a penalty and an opposition strike rate/ratio of 5 shots and 3 goals then i guess that determines a defeat.

NEXT GAME; Sunday June 18th vs Derby Quitus (A)

We have an away game against Derby Quitus this Sunday. It is a 10.15 am kick off and the field directions are below. Let's get back to winning ways!


WITEK PARK:
Route 15 (Wilbur Cross / Merit Parkway) South to Exit 58 (Derby/Route 34 West). Follow Route 34 West. Go about 4 miles to the fourth traffic light and turn right onto Sodom Avenue (Burger King is on the right). Go around the plaza and take the first left onto David Humphreys Road. Go uphill past the stop sign, Bradley School is on the left, and then go downhill to the next stop sign. Turn right onto Sentinel Hill Road. The entrance to Witek Park is on the right (before the reservoir). Drive through the open metal gates onto a gravel road. The soccer fields are at the end of the road. Parking is available.
Route 8 South to Exit 15 (Route 34 East). At the end of the exit ramp turn right onto Route 34 East (under Route 8). Stay on Route 34 East until you go through about 5 traffic lights (you will be passing Tailgators restaurant, a Mobil gas station and a cemetery). Stay in the left lane so that you can turn left onto Sentinel Hill Road. Go uphill about 1 mile, staying left at the fork, past the stop sign. The entrance to Witek Park is on the right (before the reservoir). Drive through the open metal gates onto a gravel road. The soccer fields are at the end of the road. Parking is available.
Route 8 North to Exit 15 (Route 34 East). At the end of the exit ramp turn right onto Route 34 East. Go through 4 traffic lights to Sentinel Hill Road on the left. Follow the above directions to the park.

Teams should note that NO ALCOHOL is allowed in the park!
