The shutters came down on Guilford Celtic's season as they were left rooted to bottom place after a 3 0 loss to Norwalk Sports Colombia. The score doesn't really reflect the gritty performance the Celts put in but the age old problem of finding the opposition net was there for all to see. If you can't score, you can't win. So a campaign that started with so much promise has ended once again with Div 2 proving too much of a challenge for the Celts.
Roll on the festive season and then indoor soccer!
